Great ambiance, welcoming staff, cool playlist, but most importantly... the pancakes were AMAZING. Can't wait to come back.

Great service and ambiance. Super cozy and quiet but yet there was many hungry customers and were all serviced fast and efficiently. The food was very good, menu is small but done well. Would eat here again

We hadn't been here in a while but this place continues to be great. We arrived and we were promptly seated, we order the cafe de olla and the coffee had a great flavor. My mom asked for a hotter cup and they happy to bring her another cup. Both of our dishes were delicious the chilaquiles salsa was tasty and the chips were crunchy. I have to highlight their meat as it was very soft and it actually came medium rare as ordered. They came and refilled our coffee and checked in on us multiple times. A plus was that they were playing the Sunday football games on their tv.

No Toro Cafe is a small little kitchen that serves up some surprisingly good breakfast. I say surprising because this place is a hole-in-the-wall that I've overlooked for years, until my friend suggested we brunch here. We came on a Sunday at 11 am and were in and out pretty quick - everything from the waitlist to the time it took our orders to come out moved fast. The cafe was small but clean, service was friendly and efficient, and the food was enjoyable. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and substituted the bacon for some veggies. The sandwich was good; not great but no real complaints. So if you're looking for a spot to sit down for some breakfast but don't have quite enough time on your hands to go to one of those bigger brunch restaurants with long lines, then No Toro Cafe is your answer. Plus it's pretty affordable, so there's that.
